SMH Offering New Technology for Spinal Fusion Surgery
What about Nadolol? That's one of the meds my doctor put me on. Is it safe?
Is it dangerous to mix lorazepam and escitalopram?
Hits home!! 22 years old just had this surgery. Pretty sure my injury was due to football around 18yrs old. 1st year was just irritation, 2nd was worse and 3rd yr of pain I walked with a constant limp, couldn’t sit, sleep hardly, and sneezing or coughing would almost send me to the ground. I’m almost 4 weeks into my recovery post surgery and getting more mobile.. Can’t wait to see the end result. Thanks for sharing
After learning artificial disc replacement result, spent 50000$ for finding happiness is like winning lottery. And cheaper option like disc dissection surgery isn't good. Anyway, I have got mild DDD in L4-L5 and L5-S1.
I’ve have this. Lost my job in the military and police department because of it. Currently getting ready for treatment. Wish me luck
I never usually comment but I’ll share my story since when my disc injury happened I turned to UA-cam and found some stories helpful. I am 35 yr old professional athlete. My injury I believe happened over time. A number of things probably contributed, maybe not getting the right nutrition for the amount of strenuous working out, not warming up or warming down properly, many movements from basketball that tax the body. Two practices a day plus traveling on buses and planes. We lift weights throughout the week as well. It begins for me (I think) with an SI joint problem, core instability. It caused back pain, I went to therapy and it became better. But then I went into the season again pushing harder for a longer time. The back pain went away and I thought it was getting better. Instead of getting better my back went numb and my legs began to feel weaker. The right leg specifically. So that summer I went to train harder thinking my legs just needed to become stronger. Mistake. Before the season started, one particular workout I twisted my right knee. I knew it felt off but I couldn’t really feel the pain for the leg was partially numb. I got to my team and was treated for the knee. It started to get better. I was having some inner ankle pain and hip pain maybe for months now as well but thought it was unrelated. (With sports were always banged up so we get treated often). I have seen 3 physiotherapist who diagnosed with piriformis syndrome. (I think some had an idea of a herniated disc but didn’t want to say since the team I played for there are well known). Anyways fast forward 2 1/2 months on a game day. I felt a pressure in my right leg and could not stand for long. After this day I spent 3 weeks in the bed not being able to care for myself or stand for more than 10 seconds. I had to crawl backward to get to the bathroom and shower on the floor. Miserable. All my teammates came to visit me and give me encouragement but it hurt them to see me this way since I sometimes have a tough persona. I got an mri and was diagnosed with L5 S1 extrusion, and L4-l5 disc bulge. It’s 6 am I’ll finish the post later today to put some of the questions I wondered for over a year I think I have found some answers to.
This video serves as a fantastic reminder that prevention is key when it comes to staying healthy during flu season. Incorporating Planet Ayurveda's supplements into my daily routine has made all the difference in boosting my immune system naturally.
Why isn’t his procedure available in the US?
They are available lol

Parkinson disease is a very terrible illness, my Dad suffered from it for 19 years until we finally got a help and a medicine🌿 🌿🌿from Dr Madida that truly works that helped treat, cure and reversed all his symptoms. My Dad is well again.
Thank you.
Can you go back to squatting and deadlifting heavy once you recover from this surgery?
Can we use first generation antihistamines like avil or cpm intramuscularly for immidiate allergic reaction caused by cns depressants lik tizanide, thiocolchicoside, chlorzoxazone, dicyclomine, drotaverine, tramadol etc...
Everything with moderation Sunscreen is probably more deadly with all those chemicals
I believe Acid Reflux causes all this , I haven't been told any different so far .
No person should be going through this crap. I never had one G.I. doctor ever explain anything from very beginning - present . I had to do my own research . If it wasn't for ME , to have EGD Test done every 6 months, I wouldn't of known I had a Hiatal Hernia . I have to be 100% Proactive for myself. It's shame Professional Doctors can't take time to explain , what is wrong with the patient after all , why be a doctor if you are NOT helping the patient . I have to call my Insurance company to found if I can have an EGD test , I am trying to keep tracked of my Esophagus .
Disk replacement surgery is only for young people who have more to offer the world. I have had 3 back surgery’s putting off fusion because I was told I could do it down the road. Now all I have as an option is fusion. With rusty screws, bars, and a blocks of rusty old metal. Good old barbaric 40+ year old technology. To be young a gain and have something to offer the world.
Very useful discussion and expert views from the specialists. Thanku
How long do symptoms usually last?

Do not take meropenem with an allergy to penicillin. It's not worth the risk, 1% can be devastating.
Is this an option for me, even though I’ve had 2 microdiscectomies at the L5S1?
She's pretty
I applied for the valves in Pittsburgh had the test down and saw doctor one said i had a nodgle and i might have to wait 3 months but the other doctor she said after the static report if they were not where they place valves they put them in waiting for the results in about a week im praying for x mas i can breath again stack my air badly
I have back and neck chronic pain 😢
I wish to know how endurable that moving polyethylene part is?!
Had microdiscectomy on one side of l4-l5 five years ago for heavy sciatica on the left leg and couldn't straighten my back out. Since that time I would have 1-2 flareups a year which usually took about 1-2 months of ibuprofen or prednisone to bring down and then I was fine again. This year I had a flare up and it hasn't gone away but instead is giving me the same symptoms on the opposite side. Even worse pain across my hip and constant pain even when laying down. I developed a DVT clot in my leg that went to my lungs and almost took me out. Its theorized that my reduction in activity due to the back/leg pain may have been a contributing factor. Now that i am on blood thinners I can't take ibuprofen/naproxen and Tylenol is just not cutting it so basically I am stuck in pain. I am guessing they won't do surgery until I get to around the 6 month time from my pulmonary embolism. Going to get a MRI soon and get the ball rolling to see what can be done. Contemplating steroid injections in the back. I get some type of pop in my body now when I walk relating to that side and I am not sure if that is in my hip or in the back. It definitely gives you a shorter trigger point when you are already in pain. Trying to stay positive. Both my father and brother had back issues as well so seems to be hereditary. I am healthy and active otherwise at age 47 but now trying to cut some weight at 237 lbs.
I feel you , 😢 that what I feel like !
This procedure has recently saved my life
I'm looking for input from someone with a real artificial disk replacement for L5-S1 and would like to hear if after a few years, not recently, still without a problem. I heard that disk replacements can fail over time. I'm trying to make my final decision for this type of surgery vs a fusion.
Same here. Need feedback from years post op, please, or I will never be convinced.
Did you get your ADR
This video made me start planning for my L4 ADR surgery this November/December. I have hope again.
I did this on a friend while he was sleeping as a prank
Diabetes is a killer. It’s mentioned in every video about anything having to do with mild illness as a risk factor. Leading to a suggested doctors visit.
I can totally relate, everything you went through I went through the same 18 years ago.Unfortunately I haven't had mine fixed, I've just gone through the pain and physio three times a week but it never goes away. I’m an Australian who has been residing in Japan for 25 years, they don’t do this procedure in Japan, no idea why not. I was quoted $80,000 in most countries I enquired about doing it as I had/havethe same disc degeneration. I'm so happy for you young lady ☺️ Live life to the full
I read from other video, in australia there are 2 good surgeon that can help. Dr Matthew Scoot Young and Dr Timothy Steel. I am from Indonesia and Australia is the closest i can go for this treatment
How much does this operation cost?
Do not get a fusion!!!!!!!!
Perfect, stunning
The best workout is lifting your own body. Stop lifting heavy weights.
I am from Bangalore, India whether Dr Patel Visit India? We do not have Lumbar Disc Replacement Surgery and Spinal Implants available in USA and Europe in India. I am suffering from last 10 Years Now. Indian Doctor told me Fusion Surgery outcome is not good and it is better to live with Pain.
I had a really big hernia on my L4-L5. Got a micro-disectomy but still have too much pain (not nearly as much though). Doctor said my disc is probably too thin to handle the weight it needs to hold. Guess I'm going to get one of these
Hi did you get your ADA
I do sun bath exposing 75% of my body on UVB rays for 30-45 min. My sun is brown. I do this ever since Covid period. My Vitamin D level is >75 ng/mL
I need this surgery but my insurance keeps denying my. It’s not even an option for me to pay for it.
wow finally i find you guys am looking for one video from you guys i haven't seen it yet
ฉันมีแผลที่หน้าอกและอีกบริเวณหนึ่งที่กล่าวไป ใช่แล้ว ฉันถูกผ่าตัดมา 2 รอบ

Glad to hear from my medical doctor breaking the good news to me that my brother is completely cured of his Human papillomavirus that his test results prove him to be HPV negative after undergoing Dr Madida treatment plan on UA-cam. Thanks to Dr Madida for curing him.
